Aleksander started his career at EY, working with audits of larger Norwegian companies and funds. After obtaining his CPA license, he transferred to the transaction advisory department, working with financial due diligence, valuation and M&A. He then moved to Danske Bank, where he initially worked with financial advisory and debt structuring. He later built and led the SME corporate finance segment at Danske Bank, focusing on the Norwegian market.
